Free Fall Speed

I have a question regarding to my Koh Toa AIDA course.

I did the free fall technique and found out from the data download from my dive comp that my descent rate is about 0.6 m/s.

According to your experience, do you think it too slow if I want to make 30 m. depth?

It is generally said that a good value for the speed of descent is 1.0m/s.
But there are many factors, such as from which depth you start the free fall, how
relaxed you are, and how well you can equalize even at high speed.
So for depths like 30m I would not worry if you are "only" 0.6m/s.
You can always go fast on the way up!

It could be any weekend depend on number of people. I need at least 3 or 4 people but two of them should be certified freediver (1 certified and 2 new uncertified freedivers may be not safe).

I am not sure whether you could come to join us. Please tell me what weekend during June is available for you. Normally we set it up for 1 day but if you'd like for 2 days, I will stay with you. I've got buoy, rope and may need to look for weigth and hooks. We will share for the boat. Previously, it cost not over than 1000 B/each for a big boat (for 20 people). Now, I found a smaller one for 10 people. It could costs 3000 B/day. If you and me, we share only 1500 B.

There are some exercises (empty lungs, head-down equalization, Frenzel) which
can be done also in the 5m pool here in Chiang Mai. Can you bring the buoy and
a short rope? It would be nice also to attract some onlookers
